District Manager – San Fernando Valley

Job Description:

District Manager shall be assigned to oversee the operations of a specified Territory. The District Manager is responsible for management of all operations and General Managers at the restaurants issued in his/her district. Reporting shall be submitted on a daily, weekly and monthly basis to the Chief Operations Officer, VP of Franchise Operations and VP of Human Resources.

  • Maintains cost of goods sold, labor costs and other costs such as laundry, uniforms, office, bar, kitchen and cleaning supplies at or below levels established for all units assigned.
  • Ensures accuracy and results on all units’ Profit and Loss Statements.
  • Complies with all applicable local, state and federal laws that affect our industry.
  • Steps in and acts as General Manager for units that need support/coverage.
