The Guest Relations Coordinator is accountable for managing and resolving all guest inquiries related to in-restaurant experience and mobile app experience. The performance of the Guest Relations Coordinator will be measured by timely and professional resolution of guest inquires flowing through multiple channels, as well as willingness to learn and take on additional responsibilities as needed.

Job Duties:

  • Continuously monitor the Guest Relations email inboxes, assign files, highlight problem areas and keep all responses organized.
  • Ensure that all guest issues which arise (phone calls, emails or letters) are handled promptly – within 48 hours
  • Research/investigate all complaints with relevant parties (mobile app vendor, Operations Supervisors, General managers, etc.) to obtain relevant data in order to prepare an effective and prompt response. 
  • Identify trends among guest complaints or concerns and escalate to appropriate parties to resolve the common issue – whether it be related to a particular restaurant, online ordering or mobile app experience.
  • Continuously monitor specified social media platforms to address comments, complaints and questions – including but not limited to messages on Facebook and Yelp.
  • Assist with the preparation of materials to be mailed to guests and restaurants.
  • Perform general administrative duties such as answering phones, filing, etc.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • Outgoing individual who is able to get training started asap or within the standard 2 weeks
  • High School Diploma or GED
  • 1- 2 years administrative experience
  • Strong customer service skills
  • Excellent communication skills, via telephone and in writing
  • Good problem-solving skills
  • Intermediate to advanced computer proficiency, with ability to use Microsoft Office Suite, social media platforms, email, internet, and provide data entry in a timely and efficient manner

Job Description:

PizzaRev is seeking an energetic Local Store Marketing Coordinator who enjoys meeting new people, being out in the community and is passionate about building a brand. This position is accountable for the success of Local Store Marketing (LSM) for an assigned list of restaurants and is responsible for planning and delivering professional, organized and informative marketing programs for PizzaRev guests, General Managers and employees. The performance of the Brand Ambassador will be measured primarily by the execution of LSM activities and ability to acquire new guests and drive sales.

Job Duties:

  • Assist in the development and execution of LSM plans and competitive encroachment plans.
  • Book and coordinate in-store fundraisers for organizations such as schools, sports leagues, non-profits – this includes in-person contact within the restaurants as well as behind the scenes work via email and internal reporting.
  • Be the face of the brand at community events (i.e. School Mixers, College Orientations, Fundraisers, etc.) – engage with guests, operate games, hand out marketing collateral.
  • Identify opportunities for new signage, advertising, sponsorships, etc. that would gain PizzaRev visibility in the community directly surrounding each PizzaRev restaurant.
  • Serve as the bridge of communication for marketing program feedback from General Managers and Operations Supervisors to Marketing team at the PizzaRev Support Center.
  • Conduct online and phone research as requested.
  • Work with PizzaRev General Managers to communicate and train staff on relevant marketing messages
  • Record monthly inventory of in-store marketing materials, including handbills, menus, etc
  • Primary Locations: Los Angeles County and Ventura County. 90% of time will be spent in the field, traveling among designated PizzaRev restaurants and surrounding communities; some days you will be asked to meet at the PizzaRev Support Center in Westlake Village, CA.
  • Build solid cross-functional relationships with Operations Supervisors, General Managers, Shift Leads and team members at the Support Center.

Qualifications:

  • Outgoing individual who is able to get training started asap or within the standard 2 weeks
  • Bachelors degree in marketing, communication, public relations; or working toward an undergraduate degree
  • 1- 2 years local store marketing experience, preferably for multi-unit restaurant or retail brand
  • Excellent communication skills, via in-person, telephone and in writing

  • Intermediate to advanced computer proficiency, with ability to use Microsoft Office Suite, email, and internet
  • Your personal car insurance carrier must be aware that you are using your car in the manner that involves traveling to various locations due to your job description. Job Description:

The Corporate Trainer is responsible for planning and delivering a professional, organized, informative training program in a friendly atmosphere for PizzaRev Franchisees and employees. The performance of the Corporate Trainer will be measured primarily by the degree of preparedness of new Franchisees to open their restaurants and develop within PizzaRev’s management systems and procedures. As a representative of PizzaRev you will conduct yourself in a professional manner throughout your entire deployment time which includes your conduct during travel time.

Job Functions & Duties

  • Travel to new restaurant site and implement a Training/Grand Opening program.
  • Create and maintain a positive and professional learning environment.
  • Must be a leader that sets the standard and expectations through example in his/her conduct, work ethic, integrity and character.
  • Able to deliver, project and motivate Franchisees through effective training methodologies both in a group and individual setting at the new store site.
  • Identifies to corporate management, those Franchisees who are not fulfilling requirements.
  • Validate standard operating procedures are intact to maintain the highest level of quality at the new store site.
  • Streamline the opening process of new restaurants by removing redundancies, technological obstacles, and improve cost-efficiency and communication for Franchisee.
  • Insures that all Franchisees understand PizzaRev’s policies, procedures and success factors.
  • Develops and defines with corporate management course objectives and lesson plans to accomplish objectives for all training sessions.
  • Plan and deliver live training sessions to Franchisees for their new store opening which includes travel to the specific store location prior to and during the grand opening week.
  • Utilize a variety of the training methodologies, techniques, concepts, learning tools, and practices to ensure maximum effectiveness of training programs.

The District Manager is responsible for management of all operations and General Managers at the restaurants issued in his/her district.
